The Ninh Binh Greenland Homestay was a marvelous choice for my recent trip. The homestay's delightful decoration, with an abundance of trees and flowers, created a serene and refreshing atmosphere that I truly enjoyed. The rooms, furnished in a traditional Vietnamese style, were spacious and comfortable, making it an ideal stay for senior people like myself. The staff, who were all friendly and informative, made me feel welcome and provided excellent assistance with tours and transportation arrangements. , the food at the homestay was delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience. It truly was a lovely place for a delightful trip!

While my stay at the Ninh Binh Greenland Homestay was near perfect, I would suggest some improvements for a better vacation experience for senior people. I would request the children working there to pay a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring a spotless and well-maintained environment.

From the moment we arrived, Alex and his family at Greenland Homestay made us feel right at home. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early with no hassle. Alex provided us with detailed information about the area and gave us a map with all the essential details we needed for our short stay. Thanks to their expert advice, we were able to make the most of our limited time in Ninh Binh. Renting a scooter from them allowed us to explore more of the area and cover more ground. The family dinners and breakfasts were delicious home-cooked meals that were definitely worth it. Even after we checked out, they kindly let us use their shower before our overnight train and arranged a taxi to the station. This has been the best stay we've had in Vietnam by far.

I had a wonderful stay at Greenland Homestay. The location was perfect, surrounded by amazing natural beauty. The family who runs the homestay were cute and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The large room was comfortable and the views from the third floor dining room were amazing. The pool was a great amenity, and the free bike rental allowed us to easily explore the surroundings. the family-style dinners were delicious and a wonderful opportunity to meet other travelers.

The twin/double room at Ninh Binh Greenland Homestay had a balcony and a cozy seating area. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance and made the room feel spacious and inviting. The private bathroom with a bidet was a convenient and luxurious feature that made our stay even more comfortable. As an adult guest, I enjoyed the privacy and convenience of having a dedicated bathroom in our room.

Personally, I found the air conditioning in the quadruple room to be a little too chilly at times. However, I understand that some guests may prefer a cooler temperature, so it may not be a drawback for everyone.

Scooter hire was also conveniently available. I would highly recommend this homestay for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.

The owners were incredibly helpful, providing us with free bikes to explore the area and offering scooters for hire on site. The property is located in a beautiful village, close to all the tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, especially the lovely pool area.

The hotel was not prepared for bad weather days and did not offer any entertainment options such as board games or a TV/movie room. I also felt that the food could be improved, with more options for healthier alternatives and better quality juice and coffee at breakfast.
